The Body & Its Language provides education and health coaching. We are not a medical practice. Nothing on this website, in the Body Check, on a call or in our programs is medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your doctor or another qualified health professional about your symptoms, before changing your diet or exercise, and before starting or stopping any medication or hormone therapy. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Results vary from person to person. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

What we collect

What you tell us: your name, email and (optionally) phone number, your Body Check answers, and anything you write in a call request.
How you found us: the page you arrived on and campaign tags (like "facebook").
Site usage: if enabled, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel collect anonymous information about how the site is used.

How we use it

To show and email you your Body Check results.
To arrange and prepare for your discovery call.
To send helpful emails about perimenopause and our program. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To improve this website and our marketing.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this business (such as email, scheduling and payment providers), and only as needed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@bodyanditslanguage.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Payments

Program purchases are processed securely by Kajabi and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
