Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Wangui. I see you, and I've got you.
Part hormone nerd, part dance-floor enthusiast, and a full-time cheerleader for women figuring out their bodies after 40.
My story
Three qualifications walked into a room and became one coach.
Here's my not-so-secret origin story: a Bachelor's in Education, a Master's in Counseling and a Menopause Health Coaching certification. Put them together and you get a coach who doesn't just hand you a meal plan and wish you luck.
My education background means I make the science simple. No jargon, no 40-page PDFs you'll never read. My counseling training means I understand the part most programs skip: the frustration, the self-doubt, and that feeling that your body switched the rules without telling you.
My whole thing is helping women lose weight and balance their hormones naturally. No crash diets, no guilt trips, and no pretending a 40+ body works the same way it did at 25. We go straight to the root cause, because band-aid fixes don't last.
Why "The Body & Its Language"?
Your body is always talking. The belly weight, the 3am wake-ups, the brain fog: that's its language. My job is to help you understand what it's saying, and answer it.
Your doctor isn't wrong when your labs come back "normal," and neither are you. Normal bloodwork and feeling exhausted are two different things. Labs rule out certain conditions. They don't measure how you feel at 2pm, or why a full night's sleep doesn't restore you anymore. You don't need to be fixed. You need your body to be understood.
How I coach
What you can count on.
We work on why it's happening, so the results actually last.
You'll eat real food and full plates. Nothing to "make up for" on Monday.
You'll understand your body in plain English, and feel confident talking to your doctor.
Mind and body together. How you feel matters as much as what you eat.

When I'm not coaching
Dancing, writing, and talking hormones a little too loudly.
When I'm not coaching, I'm probably dancing (badly, joyfully, doesn't matter), writing, or on a stage somewhere talking about hormones louder than is socially acceptable at a dinner party.
If you're ready to stop dieting harder and start working with your body (brain fog, hot flashes, cravings and all), you're exactly who I made this for.
Every woman deserves to feel at home in her body. — Wangui
Kind words
From women I've worked with.
“Simple, supportive, and life-changing. I feel like me again.”
“The program changed how I see myself. I've regained my energy and confidence!”
