A tired woman in her fifties holding her forehead

Sound familiar?

Somewhere after 40, your body stopped listening.

  • I eat the same as always, but the weight keeps piling on, right around my middle.
  • I'm wide awake at 3am, then dragging myself through the afternoon.
  • I walk into a room and forget why. I lose words mid-sentence.
  • I snap at the people I love, then feel awful about it.
  • My doctor says my labs are "normal." So why do I feel like this?

If you nodded along, you are not alone and you are not imagining it. This is perimenopause, and it can be worked with.

It's not willpower

The old rules were written for a body you don't have anymore.

"Eat less, move more" worked at 30. In perimenopause, three things shift at once, and they need a different plan.

01

Estrogen drops

Your body starts storing fat around your belly instead of your hips, even if you eat exactly the same.

02

Progesterone fades

That's one of your natural sleep hormones. Less of it means lighter sleep, 3am wake-ups and more anxiety.

03

Stress hormones swing

Cortisol runs higher, so you feel wired but tired, crave sugar and hold on to weight.

Cutting more calories makes all three worse. Working with your hormones makes them better.

What changes

Imagine feeling like you again.

This is what the women we work with are aiming for, one small, doable change at a time.

What we work on together

One plan for the whole picture.

Your symptoms are connected, so we don't treat them one by one. We work on the root cause.

Belly fat & weight

Lose the weight that suddenly won't budge, without cutting food groups or eating like a bird.

Energy

End the 3pm crash. Wake up with enough in the tank for work, family and you.

Sleep

Fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up actually rested, not just "less tired."

Hot flashes & night sweats

Learn your triggers and the daily habits that help turn the heat down.

Mood & brain fog

Feel calmer, think clearly and stop feeling like a stranger in your own head.

Confidence & connection

Feel good in your body again: in your clothes, in the mirror and in your relationship.

Questions

Good questions. Straight answers.

How do I know if this is perimenopause?

Perimenopause usually starts in your 40s (sometimes late 30s) and can last 4 to 10 years before your periods stop. Belly weight gain, poor sleep, hot flashes, brain fog, anxiety and changing periods are common signs. Take the Body Check for a quick read, and talk to your doctor for a diagnosis.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is education and health coaching. It works alongside your doctor, including if you use or are considering hormone therapy. We never ask you to stop any medication.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. No starving, no counting every bite, no banned-food list. You'll learn how to eat and move in a way that works with your hormones, so it's something you can actually keep doing.

What happens on the free call?

You'll talk with Wangui for about 20 minutes. She'll listen, explain what your body is likely telling you, and suggest a clear next step. If the 12-week program is a good fit, she'll tell you about it. If it isn't, she'll tell you that too.

I'm busy. How much time does this take?

The program is built for real life: work, family, all of it. Small daily habits, short workouts you can do at home, and simple meals. No two-hour gym sessions.

I'm already in menopause. Is it too late?

Not at all. The same hormone shifts continue after your last period, and the same approach helps with weight, sleep, energy and mood.

Your next step
